Birkie Housing at Hayward Wesleyan Church

Dates: Thursday, February 19 – Saturday, February 21
Location: Hayward Wesleyan Church, 10655 Nyman Ave, Hayward, WI

We are honored to open our doors during Birkie weekend to offer simple, warm housing for skiers and guests. A suggested donation of $35 per person per night goes towards camp scholarships, student missions trips, and other youth activities at Hayward Wesleyan church.

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 19

Check-Out:

• Friday – by 9:00 AM
• Saturday – by 7:00 AM
• Sunday – by 7:00 AM

Facility Access:

• Doors reopen daily at 4:00 PM
• Doors lock at approximately 10:00 PM — no entry or exit after this time

Breakfast:

• Friday breakfast at 6:30 AM
• Saturday breakfast at 5:00 AM

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedding is not provided — please bring a sleeping bag, air mattress, or bedding.
• Housing is in shared, open areas.

Policies:

• Quiet hours begin at 8:30 PM; lights out at 9:30 PM.
• No animals permitted, except trained ADA-certified service animals.
• The facility is alcohol, drug, and tobacco-free.
